Board of Innovation

An empire wide collective of intellects and scientific of the Eternal Empire seeking to improve the overall and fundamental machine that runs the whole system. It is a quasi-governmental body, but it shares some freedom from federal oversight. It is also a large body of investors, and often funds projects outside of its own members. Another fact about the board of innovation is that it is not led by an A.I., but rather is a democracy with a parliament. This is rare for such a powerful and influential institution within the Eternal Empire.
