The spirit of the Cosmic Tree watching over the going-ons of its plane. It is not a benevolent entity, it rather watches the happenings like a child watches ants. Morality means nothing to it, only entertainment and wonder. If it could be interested, it will watch and sometimes interfere with the events. But, it is True Neutral, willing to aid anyone and not caring about the consequences.
Neih appears as a child of the same race and sex as those who look upon it, and all revert to children in its presence. Its real form is a mystery.

Tenets of Faith

The branch of Neih seeks to open up the world to wonder and life. They worship the Great Tree Neih, seeing it as the source of all life, the birthplace of the path to Veritas. Their doctrine mainly surrounds exploration, beauty and growth. They also welcome the unknown, as it provides more areas to learn and grow. Morality is not their greatest concern, as they are the first stage of the journey. They seek first to open up and welcome the essence of Neih and experience the breath of Veritas. They are not often lecturers or teachers, preferring the arts and the environment. They are often aloof, and do not vie for power or position

His goal is to experience life to its full, which sometimes makes him morally and lawfully ambiguous.

Motivation

Neih's motivation is to be entertained, caring nothing for morals or law. If someone does something interesting, Neih will be on board. Neih does not like other deities, good or evil, finding their arrogance in his domain to be an affront to some personal cosmic pride. This is not the same for people trying to become deities in his plane, as long as it is interesting.

Neih is the creator of the Four Seraphs, his care-takers and entertainers. There is one for each season. There is The Drowned Lady Spring, The Dawning King Summer, The Stillborn God Fall, and The Frozen Empress Winter.

Mannerisms

Neih tends to be playful and curious, but also uncaring and detached. He is an observer mostly, interfering only if it could be interesting by doing so. He is also capricious, aiding any side he wants.
