Sarceron, Ward of the Furbolgs
Sarceron is the furbolg elder of the city of Fast. He was once a member of the Silihadran council, but could not support the growing industry of that city. He is a devout worshipper of Neih and his seraph Summer. He is still a member of the republic of the Sovereign Peoples of Neih, though he has one step out of the door. In 1118, with the burning of the Great Tree, Sarceron has been struggling with how to protect his people. Forsake their natural ways and receive the support of the SPN in combatting the flame, or trust that nature will find a way, even if his people were to fall to the flames.

The furbolgs are devoted worshippers of Neih and Summer, making them friendly with the branch of Neih of the Church of Veritas and Summer Worshipping halflings. But their love of Neihite nature leads Sarceron and his people to lead a fairly isolationist lifestyle in Fast and Silihadran. The furbolgs rarely leave the western fey wild. Also, his devotion to Neih makes him hesitant to fight the Dormant, seeing as they are an offshoot of Neih and a natural phenomenon. Thus, Sarceron leads the opposition to open war with the Dormant in the Silihadran council.
