Rasputisa the winter general

Rasputisa is a celestial spirit created by the Seraph of Winter. While his creator's season is long over, he now lives on the Veritian Leaf and sits as a member of the Silihadran council. He is an ice spirit and general of Winter's armies whenever Summer would come along and try to heat up her season. He fought in the Frozen War in Tumult.

Personal history

Rasputisa fought in many wars against the Warming during the winter season. He was a decorated and honored spirit during those cold years, and was one of the lucky spirits to be able to retire and rest in the court of the Seraph. This luxury and blessing is what he wants to return to, as the end of winter saw the end of the court. Unlike the other court members who chose hibernation, Rasputisa was impatient and seeks to make the court permanent.
In the Spring season, Rasputisa took control of an Ul and ruled a cold corner of that season that was too small to be significant to the seraph of that season. His attempt to challenge the waters of spring weakened him though, and when the summer hit and he found the spry figure of Jack Frost could challenge his own strength, he became more impatient to bring about eternal winter.
The Frozen War and many other instances of Frittian activity caught his interest. But he found himself too weak to delve down the paths he desired. Thus he called upon the wizard Judas, an ally he made in the war, to aid him in his recovery and plans. This plan has put Rasputisa into a deep sleep to recovery, having tasked Judas and other winter worshippers to his replenishment.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

He is one of the Persistent like Jack Frost. He is trying to find a new home of eternal winter for his creator, the Seraph of Winter. When news of contact with the Frittian realm came to his attention, he devoted much of his energy in studying Frit in his floating glacier fortress in Silihadran.
He has become also quite attached to his compatriots in the council, and seeks to help them the best he can (unlike Jack Frost, who finds his attention is best spent serving the Persistent's goals). He is ready and willing to rise to the defense of the fey of the Veritian Leaf.

Wealth & Financial state

Rasputisa has many treasures and artifacts stored away in his fortress or given to his faithful servants. He as acquired quite the collection living through a couple seasons of Neih. Most of this stuff never leaves his floating castle though, as it is more important to him that the last vestige of his Seraph remains than if all the Veritian Leaf should perish. But he would leave himself to the aid of his new friends.
