Maverick

Maverick was the creation of Brady Kopsala.
Maverick was a human from Tel'ul. He initially was a "negotiator" for the Evermeads, but then was absorbed into the ranks of Gojira's crime syndicate. As one of the common racketeers of Tel'ul, he felt his life was lacking. So when the call of the Gis Revenus Gojira to resurrect their leader came, Maverick saw it as an opportunity to make a name for himself. The adventure to Spring was anything but that. In the Droplets of Turm, he battled tree giants, giff biplanes, undead horrors, idiotic pigmen guards, and finally the echo of a god. Even though the mission was a success (as far as criminals who care nothing for the consequences are concerned), Maverick delusion to fame was broken. He retired after this, getting as far away from the Gis Revenus Gojira as possible (mainly because he took a healthy retirement with him).
Unbeknownst to him, Maverick brought something back to the Veritian Leaf from the past. A sword he carried briefly was worshipped by the kua-toa on Misery Bay. Though it did not attain godhood, it did get spliced with the soul of the volcano there. It is weakened and dormant within his blade, but the heat of that mountain remains.
