Elven Secularism

Elven Secularism is the religion of Dakath. While it does not deny the reality of the gods and the reincarnation cycle, it does not idolize or worship them. They see them as the nature of the planes they exist in, and that worshiping them is like worshiping gravity or oxygen. Rather than worship, Elven Secularism seeks to study and understand the Path to Veritas without the trappings of faith. Though, most who say they subscribe to elven secularism are not so studious or devoted to knowledge, and rather are simply atheistically apathetic. It is popular amongst the elves since their long lives make them not so close to their next lives, their longevity breeding detachment.
