Colonel Muskrat

Colonel Muskrat is a soldier of the Shadar Kai Empire. He was tasked with busting potential insurrections and independence movements from the colonies. Highly patriotic, he gained a reputation as a hero of the empire. One of his recent feats was the subduing of Sinfetter's Raven Queen, Lysan. This accolade earned him the position of interim lord of Sinfetter, where he rules to this day. He holds this rule poorly, as many of the locals begrudge him for his part in Lysan's imprisonment. There remains a movement to rescue Lysan and defeat Muskrat. His relationship with the neighboring countries on the Veritian Leaf is also tenuous, as his shadar prejudice keeps him from any alliances (especially with the GRG).
