Black Market Magics

Black Market Magics is an individual who popped up during the reign of King Iscalon the Fourth in Tumult. In this period, many issues plagued the nation, such as the Demon Troubles and Dr. Caskajaros Undead Army, among many more. Thus, the military was rounding up the nations magical items and gear to be either stored for public safety or used by the military. With all this magical regulation, Black Market Magics emerged, a criminal shop illegally trading magical equipment. The owner of this business preferred to stay anonymous, and just went by Black Market Magics. He is a master at evasion, and has strange cursing powers that no one was ever able to figure out. He is originally from Uz, being once a salesman for the Dread Sin of Avarice.
After the defeat of the Lich King Bedricht, Black Market Magics had his wares confiscated by the new king and was exiled. He settled by an oasis in the Sinfetter Saltflats, where he tried to rebuild his business. He was under the watch of the SPN, so he kept his business hidden, showing a guise of running a bar. The reason he settled in the Saltflats was because of the Tuthian Break occuring there, seeing the shadow realm as an opportune location to loot cursed items. He even captued beasts that would send people into that shadow realm.
Unbeknownst to him, he aided the party of adventurers who destroyed the Tuthian Break, so Black Market Magics had to move to another bizarre location to make a profit.
