Bao

A local thieving crew leader in Vulyar, Bao is a human woman in her late 30s. After a long history of stealing from merchant caravans, noble estates and the enclaves of The Dragonmarked Houses, she's served several short stints in prison, and was last seen rebuilding her crew.

Once the mentor of Katarina, she forced her out of the crew after Katarina's uncontrolled, incurable shapeshifting became a liability.
