Vulyar
The regional capital of Karrnath's southern reaches, the city is a bustling trade hub on the edge of the Talenta Plains. Cold, arid and scoured by the winds of the steppe, the town sits at the crossroads of multiple nations.
While the vast fields around the town act as passable farmland, the region is better known for its herding, sending out much of the meat and dairy that feeds Karrnath.
However, the city is mostly known for trade, Karrnath's gateway to the rest of eastern Khorvaire. The endpoint of the lightning rail line that runs up to the Mror Holds, the city brings in resources from the dwarven clans. To the south, it is the northern trade destination for the halfling clans of the Talenta Plains, and the occasional elven traders from southern Valenar.
