Shappal

Shappal was a minor island in the Cluster Islands, the most distant from any other inhabited land. Although it had no permanent population, Seekers who had left the Eddy often appreciated its isolation and chose it as a quiet retreat. For that reason it was sometimes known as "the Cluster's Eddy". In 2018 Vol, a few years after Kezlaf declared himself Uniter, a previously dormant magma reservoir suddenly erupted, destroying the island entirely. It is commonly believed that this was not a natural event, but an early test of the Eruptor.
