Cave Troll

Monster Check
There are many types of trolls throughout Asgard, but all kinds of trolls are regarded as relentless pests to civilization. Even the Old Aesir had a great amount of troubles born of troll schemes. They are bestial and primtive in nature, but intelligent enough to be a formiddable prey. They often group into small family packs that work together to hunt prey and pillage surrounding settlements. Trolls are highly resistant to most injuries, either due to regenerative capabilities or thick hides and can be incredibly difficult to kill for those unversed in their physiology. Those that fight trolls must always be aware and cautious of spilling their caustic blood on themselves, which can cause severe burns. Combined with incredible strength and the use of primitve weapons, trolls pose a real danger to the Aesir Tribes all over Asgard. However, the majority of trolls share a debilitiating wrakness: They are highly susceptible to heat. Their acidic blood boils and and rubbery skin hardens into a stone like texture when they are exposed to direct sunlight. Fire tends to have the same effect.
