Dweller
Dwellers are the wingless human inhabitants of the Myriad Worlds. While they often live normal happy lives in their own worlds, they are often discovered and incorporated into Demshul and Kanite society.
Weaker Essence
Born from spontaneous karyogenesis, dwellers have a less robust essence system than Kanites or Demshul, and cannot jump between worlds or use magic . Dweller's essence can be bound to a Kanite or Demshul, making them jump together when the Demshul or Kanite leaves a world. The stress of this can cause various maladies like dissolution or jump shock for the Dweller. No Wings
Dwellers do not have wings and cannot fly, though in Kanite society they can be trained as paladins to utilize Auriga, Ballista, or Cavalier transportation systems.Dwellers in Kanite Society
As part of Madir's creations, Kanites are sworn to protect and enrich dwellers' lives and encounter many. While this often involves the adoption of the religion tenets of Kansen and worship of Madir, they are mostly free to do anything else they like and many Dwellers find the arrangement of being under Kanite leadership and the ability to take advantage of their rich infrastructure rather beneficial. However, Dwellers have no leadership prospects in Kanite society and are often at the mercy of what the current Grand Luminary thinks is best for them.Dwellers in Demshul Society
Treatment of Dwellers varies from family to family in Demshul society, with some families taking them as servants or companions and some just disassembling them for essence. Dwellers are regarded as a lower caste in Demshul society and have very little in the way of rights or provisions made for them.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
