• These are considered Low Magic users. They primarily use 'folk' magic, the type that is passed down from practitioner to practitioner or learned in the field.
• This magic is a lot less structured or systematic and more individual. 
• It deals more with helping the average person and their need for magic or the interactions with Fey.
• More like a country doctor that a brain surgeon. More for the common people than for the country as a whole. More micro than macro.
