The Grand Vizier of the Malikate of Saba. Like those that came before him, he is charismatic but untrustworthy, and is probably scheming to take over control of the government from the Malika.

Librarian's Note - Cursed Title

There's something about the title of Grand Vizier that brings out the worst in people. I believe it is a form of Invasive Narrative - no matter who is given the role by the Malika, they are transformed into a manipulative schemer within a year or so. I think she may be deliberately assigning the title to people she wishes to dispose of, allowing them just enough latitude to find their way to the headsman's block, but never enough room to actually damage her control of the nation. Since the Grand Vizier is always hated by the people (no matter how much they might have loved them before their promotion), these executions are usually celebrated, rather than condemned. It's a hell of a way to get rid of a popular enemy.
