Maharani Suryanata
A prominent merchant in Kendari and a member of the ruling council. She has built a substantial fortune through her investments in Pemilikan Raga. She is said to own more bodies than any other person in the world, and she has been ruthless in her legal actions against the "tenants" who inhabit those bodies. Because of this, she has been repeatedly threatened by assassination, and is always accompanied by several bodyguards. Her income is largely based on the rent people pay to use the bodies she owns, although she is always willing to accept rent in the form of labor, and some of her most profitable businesses are the brothels she has filled with bodies under contract to her.
