Langa-ay
Apo of Luek
Apo Langa-ay is the high priest of Luek, and resides in the Pangdambana ni Luek on Lumai. Apo is the title given to all priests of Luek. He is often a thorn in the side of the government of the Tagápulo Empire, and considers it his duty to act as the Empire's conscience (albeit from the protection of his god's temple). He publishes many letters to the people of the Empire containing criticisms of the government's actions, especially in regard to their Ilogaro citizens and other minorities.
