Aatma Muhafazah
A subdivision of the Malikate of Saba, the Aatma Muhafazah rules roughly half of the island of Vipa, with the other half controlled by the Kanakala Muhafazah. It has a much smaller population than its neighbor, and much of the territory it controls is not open to visitors. According to rumors, the Glass Shadows have their headquarters in this territory, and may be in control of the entire Muhafazah.
