The Lady's Skirt

You make your way down Yevelda's Square, and enter The Lady's Skirt a log building with a decently built straw roof. Inside, the somewhat cramped log building is fastidious. You notice a thick smoke hangs in the air. When people talk about The Lady's Skirt, they say the place has really good chicken wings. Apparently, it specialises in stuff with exotic ingredients, potions, etc. Rumours abound in whorehouses, and The Lady's Skirt is no different; apparently, a group of outraged townsfolk has started protesting outside of the brothel, disgusted with what it does.
The Master is applying a generous layer of powdered makeup, he appears to be a tyrannical and cruel fellow. Once he notices you the human checks you out for just a moment before smiling at you, and quickly walks over to where you are. He introduces himself as Gennal Eathalena, the Master of The Lady's Skirt, and asks what he can do for you.
