Folly Hole

Folly Hole is on top of a hill in the middle of a town and was built for another purpose originally. It is known for being haunted by vengeful ghosts, and consists of organized around a large central cell block or pit. It is rumoured that hidden inside the dungeon is the corpse of a deposed king or queen.
The cells inside the dungeon are decrepit; the walls are crumbling, and prisoners are kept in cells that accommodate up to two prisoners.
Prisoners of Folly Hole are treated like rats; they receive terrible meals and are plagued by sickness. The jailer, Aarus Kerry, is a wizard, who has been promised both living subjects and cadavers for experimentation.
