Bartle Briggs

For the last six years the city of New Caliber has been headed by Mayor  Bartle Briggs, a stout and portly career politician of the Steel Party. His hold on the city is tenuous, and he is often caught trying to balance campaign promises to all sides. His campaign to clean up the streets became a laughing stock when his appointed watch captain was revealed to be in the pay of the Scoot crime family, and the mayor has spent the last few months in damage control mode preparing for the next election.
