Sirana Mistral

Lead ambassador of The Mistrals Sirana Mistral

Sirana is a descendent of the bloodline of Auray Mistral. She is the Lead Ambassador of the Mistral Kingdom and a very close friend to Vaïnamon. She is currently helping Vaïnamon with educting the prince, Cygnerius Mistral, in order to prepare him for the crown.

From a very young age Sirana would win arguments with her older siblings. She was a dreamy kid and as a teenager she more often than not could convince her parents to go along with her plans. During her youth she spend a lot of time with Vaïnaemon. Always running around his chambers, playing, and nagging him for more stories of old. She loved hearing about all the wonderous things the Valley had to offer and in particular she always wanted to know more about her ancestor Alyandra.

During her education Sirana proved to be an idealist and after she graduated top of her class, she was able to convince Vaïnaemon to let her visit the other lands of the Valley. There she would study their dialect, culture, mannerisms. She even got around to stay for a few months among the (earth kingdom).

Her affinity for war was never matched by her affinity for negotiations and during her travels she was able to negate many trade deals and political affairs on behalf of the Mistrals.

Family background

Auray, sister to Vaïnaemon, was know to have several flings in her younger years before she finally settled down and married Celest. Alyandra was the consequence of one of those drunken nights. Alyandra and Auray never really connected and when Alyandra exalted at the age of 25, she felt an urge for adventure and challenging the impossible. So Alyandra traveled across the valley for many years. She raided with pirates, drank with Emberborn nobels, waged war against the beast of the Midnight swamp and if the legends are correct; she was able to visit each of the three remaining first age catacombs under the cities of Castanea, Rubellite and Rodan. During these years she kept a close journal of her travels, but those texts are unfortunately lost to the ages.

During these years Alyandra experienced more bloodshed than her aunt and uncles combined. At a certain point however, she decided that she had seen enough, and that she desired peace and a family of her own. After this realization followed a year of exile in the mountains north of Korjaq There she finally understood her mother’s pacifist nature.

Alyandra settled down in Koryaq and started a family. She had one daughter and two sons. Her oldest son was like her in many respects and when he came of age he too decided to wander the valley. Her two other children however were more like their grandmother and soon started exploring many different forms of art. Alyandra lived in Koryaq for many happy years and even met her grandchildren. But when in 528 the first long night started she hardly hesitated before she picked up her old weapons and left for war. A war from which she returned in a coffin. But her legacy is carried on by her children.
