Curiosity Shop Owner

During the night a strange shop opens its doors in Hazegate. The man who runs it calls this place the curiosity shop and offers many peculiar and rare items that rotate ever so often. This man is perhaps the greatest mystery in Hazegate, for no one seems to know who he is or spots him anywhere except in his shop. People have taken to refer to the man simply as the curiosity shop owner, or just the curios man; he does seem a bit insulted by the second name, however. The man seems to almost desperately want to please his customers, as long as they behave respectfully at least, to the point that some might call it an obsession.
The curiosity shop owner has a what some might call frightening or creepy appearance. The man is slim and often stands slightly bend over rubbing his hands as if eager to make a sale. This stance is accompanied by a creepy and overly glad smile. He has short brown hair and dull blue eyes that are squint most of the time. He wears a shirt made of fine silk with rich-looking decorations at the ends of his sleeves and collar.
