Blue Path Mine
The Blue Path Mine is one of the two biggest mines administered by the Miner's Guild. It is located north of Hazegate in the proximity of the West Basin Mine. The mine delves deep into the mountain, even crossing a subterranean crevice. A wealthy collection of minerals are collected in the mine, such as Iron, Silver, and even small amounts of platinum. It is not uncommon that miners bring back various gemstones from the depts of the tunnels. The mine is called Blue Path due to the abundance of lapis-lazuli in the walls of the caverns. Although most of the mineral has been excavated already, the ceilings of the tunnels still sparkle with a vibrant blue glint given that the miners never bothered with removing the lapis-lazuli above them.
About a week ago, misfortune struck the mine when a demon decided to make the place its new home. As it invaded the mine it killed multiple miners and destroyed reinforcements, causing some of the tunnels to collapse. The Miner's Guild ordered an evacuation and put the mine on lockdown. The demon likely made its nest in the lower depths of the mine where it's holding up until this date. Observers sent by the Miner's Guild have witnessed a concerning amount of monsters migrating to the mine and displaying agitated activity. Given that the Miner's Guild does not have the resources to deal with this problem, they are looking for some capable adventurers to clear out the mine.
