Val (Valimar)
Prince, his majesty Valimar (a.k.a. Val, V)
Val is the strange boy whom Geld meets at the inn.
He is also a quite kind-hearted young man, and tries to do good.
Val is not good at surviving in the forest, and has had a similarly sheltered upbringing as Geld even though the way they were brought up differs hugely. He's a bit naive about how the world works.

Val is a bit skinny, of medium height and is albino, hence his pallor and white hair.

Wears a cloak and a detachable hood to hide his hair and face, and underneath that he wears a grey woolen tunic and brown woolen trousers. He also wears leather shoes and greyish brown (undyed) leg wraps.

Personal history
Val has been raised as a prince at the Castle Reidhal, in Reidhal, the capital of Reidmar. During the Rite of Coronation, however, Val found he couldn't complete the Rite and ran away, to the north-east, towards Bravyk. It was during this escape from Reidhal and the royal guard that he met Geld.
