Barony of Bridemare

The lands and vassals in and around the holding of Bridemare. Renowned for their fine horses, raised by generations descended from the first Antari clan folk that tamed the horses here long before the arrival of the Norvalled Raiders. Today, these four families compete among themselves to see whom can produce the finest horses each season. The ranchers have grown fat and wealthy off their legacy and their animals, and exert exceptional influence in local Bridemare politics.

Military

The Barony of Bridemare boasts some of the finest cavalry units in the land. Their breeders have worked over the generations to ensure the finest quality steeds for knights of Banteave, as well as other breeds suitable for carrying couriers rapidly across long distances or hauling sturdy wagons between settlements.

Agriculture & Industry

Extensive animal husbandy, well-tended cropland, blooming orchards and ever-turning windmills line the hills and valleys of the Barony of Bridemare.

Infrastructure

Bridemare is strung together with a network of roads, some better maintained than others. Many of the hamlets and ranch towns are linked by little more than a dusty dirt path, but the road between Bridemare and Redehall is well-maintained and patrolled.
