Rapid named himself after rapids created by the old stones from the destroyed bridge. He loves the river and stays near the middle pylon of the bridge since he came ashore.

He likes people for destroying the bridge. He eats mostly fish or unsuspecting people ferrying with Archie on his raft.

History
Archie was already old when Rapid came along the river's shore. He told him about the shame of the bridge being destroyed, but Rapid never listened because he liked the sun palying in the rapids. Archie understands Rapid but Rapid is arrogant and does not listen to the old troll.
