Major language groups and dialects
Comon speach is practiced in western tribes exclusively, but eastern tribes have different dialects with which they enrich the common speach.
Shared customary codes and values
Everybody's voice counts as far as it is backed by others. The tribe can vote on most things but only few can make decisions for the tribe and have to consult other members of the ribe before they do.
Average technological level
They live in tents and pavilions. They do not smelt metal but buy the weapons for furs and herbs of the plain.

The pair is inseparable. The men are protecting the women with small children, but if fell the women take the mantle of protectors. They often bout with blunt weapons to sharpen their skills for defending from raiders.
