Throat singing is a big part of the shaded tribe's culture. They play string instruments and sing with their throats when visiting mountain valleys to forrage for medicinal herbs as they believe the singing drives away evil spirits. They build tents and usually don't settle for long time. The only permanent settlement they keep is the Green Wall which is essentialy an overgrown garden and a final resting place to the members of the tribe.
Birth & Baptismal Rites
Father of the child manifactures a ribon from a piece of velvet cloth and his and the child's hair. He then keeps the ribbon as long as the child is underage.
Coming of Age Rites
The child has to climb the closest mountain and bring back a strand of ribbon from the top, which was set there previously by its father. The child walks back to the village and burns the ribbon thus taking up the reigns of his life from his parent and seting his spirit free not to be held by anyone anymore.
