Hydromelon Vine

A hardy, fruiting vine capable of growing even in the harsh desert. It's sweet pulp is exceptionally refreshing even when cooked.

A low growing vine native to arid regions of the Gerudo Desert which produces a large roundish fruit with a hard green rind and a sweet, pink or red pulp. The plant grows wild in well lit areas of the desert, but can also be grown as a seasonal crop.
--A Portable Oasis:: Hydromelons are known for their watery, sweet juice. Many exquisite drinks and desserts include this hard-shelled oasis as a base, the most famous being the Noble Pursuit.
