As a bonus action, you can channel the power of Tiamat's Gale to fling you into the air. Roll a d20 and depending on the roll, you can go anywhere between 3 feet and 40 feet. After you have reached this height, you start to fall slowly as per the spell Feather Fall. You can use this item 3 times per day and it recharges every day at dawn. When appropriate, roll a stealth check when you channel this power to see how loud it is. If you want to glide to a distance, you can roll an acrobatics check to determine if you're successful.
This item is only given to those who are very close to Tiamat. They are often working as her guards or minions. This item, when carried, can allow the slight power of flight. It is possible to cover large amounts of vertical distance, giving the 'faux' feeling of flight.
