Music Box of Divinity

This is a strange little trinket that looks like an ordinary music box, with a handle on the side, a lid that opens, and a little dancer on the inside that is withered away slightly. The origins of this music box are unknown, so are the limits of its power. This item was found in the Ghosts and Phantoms magic shop, being ridiculously overpriced for the shop owner to "not know what it does."
After pressuring the wizard shop owner, he stated that the music box allows for a damage buff and a health buff for those in a 15 foot radius and can hear it. He was unsure if it works on only the party, or if it works on enemies also. It is rumored that it is filled with divine power, allowing the user to become imbued with the powers of the divine, giving them an extra dice of damage. This item is very rare and very unique, which is probably the reason it was priced at 15,000 gold.
A lot is unknown still about this music box, like what it does exactly, if it has any side effects, if it has limited uses, etc. It is hard to tell the origins, since it is shrouded in mystery, seemingly appearing out of nowhere.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Unknown. It seems to be made like a normal music box, with a handle attached to a gear that would turn, activating a little music creating device. That gear would also cause the figure to spin when the music plays. But it may be crafted in a different way or work differently somehow.
