Ghosts and Phantoms
The Ghosts and Phantoms is a magic shop that was in the works in the town of Dawnbury for a long time. It was very much anticipated, being the biggest shop that centers its focus on magic. The day this shop opened was the same day our group showed up at Dawnbury last year. The store had a massive group of people trying to get in, Aerias attempted to get into the shop to look around but couldn't stand the crowd and the wait. A year later, when our full party shows up to Dawnbury again, it is shown that the shop is still very busy, as it is a unique store with lots of rare items.
Purpose / Function
This shop is here so the Cindertalon can line his pockets with his exuberant price. He very much does not care about the customers.
Design
The building is large with many rooms. The main atrium has all the magic items, potions, and scrolls and the like there on display, with a counter on the opposite time. All the walls and the floor are made of solid wood, along with the tables and displays and the ceiling, but it is said to be imbued with magic that makes stars as a light source.
Entries
There are two entries. One upstairs, where the owner sleeps. It is a fire escape through the window that leads into the back alley. There is also the main entrance that is the storefront.
Sensory & Appearance
There is a strange feeling when you walk into the shop. There is a magical aura surrounding the building, especially when you look up at the magical stars. It smells like potions and magic dust, kind of making those who enter wince, but they quickly get used to it. It isn't a bad smell, just an odd one.
Denizens
Cindertalon and his cronies work in the store. Cindertalon lives upstairs. Many different people pass through Dawnbury, sometimes just to see the shop's wares.
Contents & Furnishings
There are many different tables and displays, some for magical weapons, some for potions, etc. There is also a library with many books upstairs, and there is also a bedroom above the shop, which has standard furnishings, a bed, a desk, a stool, a lantern, etc.
Valuables
There are many different valuable treasures in Ghosts and Phantoms. Many different strange and unique magic items are sold there, most being incredibly overpriced. There are many different types of magical weapons and armor, potions, scrolls, trinkets, etc.

Alterations
When the building was created, it was all built exactly how Cindertalon wanted it to be, so there have been no alterations. It was set on fire and crumbling, so if it will be remade, then it'll have to be altered.
Architecture
The building is made out of solid wood, and when you walk in the ceiling has stars that flicker, lighting the building. There are many different rooms and stairways leading to the second floor also. The building is fairly traditional, with some magic twists here and there.
