Goddess of the Moon Elune
Eons ago, there were only stars and lights in the emptiness of the Etherial Plane, though when they finally took form, they gave themselves names, powers somehow coming to them, and with these powers, they created the planes around them, shaping that of the Etherial. Their reach brought them to creating the planet we know today as a blank canvas for their “works of art”, what some called them, but others called them their children, Gods and Goddesses such as Oceania, and her sister Elune, they created the mortals to be the carriers of their legacy. Some Gods and Goddesses agreed with them for the beginning of their creations, though others were more adamant to it, God’s like Yharm, that is, she was jealous of their creations, more likely than anything other, and when the wars begun, Elune was struck down, her love for the mortals her last thoughts, her longing to see her sister again, her feelings suddenly washed over by a great sadness, Elune’s tears cascading down to the mortal earth, causing the oceans to constrict and become erratic, Tsunami’s ripping apart the lands that she cared for, and in her final breath she returned to the stars, and moon, but the forgotten tales of the goddess say her heart fell from her body to the mortal earth, her final gift, for those who could find it, and yet no one did. In the days after the Goddesses death, her only mourning being that of the Gods she had known, the mortals seeming to not understand her passing, and with that, the moon vanished, no longer to be seen, and the world felt a change, magic grew weaker than it was before, and the world forgot.
