This Dwarven blacksmith is a very famous man. The quality of his weapons and armor are very highly regarded. It is said that he can repair even the worst armor and weapons, and create masterpieces out of them, hence why his nickname is "The Rejuvenator." He owns a large store in Daggerveil, where he sells, repairs, and creates exquisite pieces of weaponry, armor, and tools. One thing he does not work with often, however, is firearms, but he is said to know a blacksmith/engineer that deals solely on firearms.
Kognec is an older dwarf, getting towards the end of his life, but still has a lot of fight. He works day and night, and whatever he cannot do himself, he hires people to do it for him. He is very strong-willed, but often likes to take rests and drink whenever he isn't working. He isn't interested in dealing with the poor, and definitely not interested in drunken people in his shop, but when he hits the bars with his buddies, he doesn't mind.
As of this moment, Kognec is dealing with issues surrounding the Daggerveil soldiers not allowing his workers to go out and mine, causing his business to hurt as he is lacking resources. He has been fighting the government system of Daggerveil for a while now, but has gained no headway. The issue is the mandatory curfew and exit/entrance restrictions due to the constant barrages of goblins, not only is the threat rumored, it is very real for the city.

General Physical Condition
He is a fairly tall dwarf, totally white, scraggly beard and hair. But he always looks like he is working hard, even when relaxing, and is always dressed fairly well, but can be covered with soot and other debris. He also has some cloudy eyes, but he says it doesn't cause any problems.

Fairly slim, fairly tall (compared to the average dwarf). Has a lot of muscle as well, definitely a byproduct of working as a blacksmith his whole life.

Not many physical quirks exist for him, but when he is drunk, his eyes get almost white, the cloudiness is affected by the alcohol, looking at him you would think he was totally blind, but he isn't. He is unsure of the condition.
