It takes the shape of a pair of devil horns, small and thin, almost like a piece of paper that one would lay on their tongue and let dissolve. It is said that those who cannot take the trip end up either killing themselves, killing others, or end up in an insane asylum. The effects of this drug are widely shrouded in mystery, people who have taken it and didn't end up terribly changed describe it as a "fiery high that allows you to see the world in a different, and often demonic, way." What this means is unknown, but it is rumored that those who use the drug have a high that shows them all the evils in the world. As a Tiefling, this would be almost calming and cool, giving them a way to see things they've always wanted to see, but as a human, this could change you... Forever... There are only a few places in the world that create Devil's Tongue, but they are all hidden extremely well, as this narcotic is incredibly illegal, mainly because of the damage it can produce to those who take it, Tiefling or not. It is said that taking this drug hardwires the users brain in a way that creates hallucinations that can last forever. Almost creating a paranoid schizophrenic out of one dosage.
It is said that if you are offered Devil's Tongue at, say, a party, you should always decline and leave immediately. Those who are adamant about the drug often get violent when someone doesn't accept. Probably because of the way it affects the brain, but also because it is rumored to cost a lot for one dose. It is a very dangerous and highly illegal drug that only causes problems.

It is said that water can be tainted by dissolving Devil's Tongue in it, as there is one documented case of this, but it was long ago and the quantity of doses needed to do this is supposedly a lot. The only way to actually take the drug, is to pass it through the mouth, mainly by dissolving it, but can also be ingested, it just won't be as effective.
