Kangarians

Kangarian are Kangaroo-like humanoids that are extremely agile, but tend to shy away from humanity, becoming nomadic tribes travelling the world. It is said that during the Era of Demise, the Kangarian people existed, but hid in Terra Desertia, the massive sand floods of the world, and only came out many many years after the threat of Yharm was long gone. They left their hideouts and supposedly traveled around the world, becoming nomads, not staying in one place for long periods of time. These creatures are elusive, and definitely like fighting. There are many different kinds, but they all share one thing in common, they can fight and look intimidating.    Kangarian, however, tend to get a bad rep, people always assuming that they are incredibly violent, but this is not the case in most instances, and this is what causes the shyness of humans, since they are often misunderstood by humanity.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Kangarian are somewhat shorter than humans, often standing between four and five feet. They weight different amounts, but often look intimidating regardless. They use their fists and feet often, causing calluses and bruises on their extremities, and they can jump very far and walk relatively fast. They also can carry exceptional amounts of weight and are natural athletes.

Genetics and Reproduction

The species, as far as the people of Terra Firma know, only mates with other Kangarians, but it is rumored that they can lay with humans as well as any other creature with similar genes, as these kangaroo like creatures are humanoid.

Growth Rate & Stages

Kangarians mature rapidly, reaching adulthood by the age of ten, and usually living to only about sixty.

Ecology and Habitats

It is said that most Kangarians are strict vegetarians, but it is more likely that they exist as omnivores, especially since they lived in the desert in the old times. They move constantly, not staying in one place for long periods of time, often leaving no trace of their existence.
