Neoma
This unnaturally beautiful woman, with unusual purple eyes, stands gracefully in her purple kimono, often holding her fan as if to hide her face. Her pale skin and dark hair make her seem otherworldly, breaching the uncanny valley in some points of view. While few people would reasonably know this in-character, I'll break meta this once to mention that she does, in fact, have an Arbiter's Mark , that of the Magenta Lily, but it is located in a place that one would not ordinarily see in person.
Neoma is a newcomer to Requerm , having only appeared due to The Effects of the Dawn shortly before the beginning of the campaign. As such, little is publicly known about her, save that she's a talented performer and a prospective adventurer in The Adventurers Guild of Krakonia(AGK) . She is known as a friendly, outgoing patron of The Hook, and has been known to go out of her way to help people at times, although she seems uncharacteristically insecure and dodgy whenever questions about her past come up. She's also already turned plenty of heads her way, with her traditionally sexy appeal and charming demeanor, although as far as anybody can guess, she has yet to engage any of those turned heads on a personal level.
Neoma is registered with the AGK as a bard, so she's most helpful as a supporter in combat, staying in the back lines and enhancing her allies to alter the course of the encounter in their favor. She's also a spellcaster with a focus on enchantment magic, which can further alter battle against the weak-minded. Her uses as a bard, however, often extend beyond that of combat. She is trained in the art of persuasion, and is a beautiful person to boot, so she can easily drop a gentle word or cast a subtle spell in the right place to avoid combat altogether, thus preventing the unnecessary loss of life and/or resources in the first place.
