Raven

Raven is the lord of The Raven's Perch and is in charge of overseeing that the working class in Brick Garden and Ring 6: Plague Borough keep up their shifts.

After The Agitators helped Raven take over The Orion's police force, he became one of the most powerful forces on the city. He used his armies to help fight against The Emissary on the day The Orion fell from the sky.
