Nourish and Flouris Orphanage is a run-down children's home in southern Little Ruk Rak. Following a lead from Collar on a missing pet in the city, The Agitators traveled to the location (7-28-152). After Carbide charmed Grell, the entered into the secret hideout below. With the discovery that the Brass Bloods were using a tunnel under the orphanage to smuggle goods, they killed everyone present and rescued Nugget.
Upon leaving, The Agitators left Grell with the the idea that they worked for Rali and a couple hundred creds.
