Personal history
She set out from her own Mother's brood at a young age even for a Harpy. Angry with the world as her Mother was complacent about the humans who hunted their territory. Complacent enough to hear from other flocks that her egg clan had been slaughtered many yeas ago as she established her own territory in the peaks of the Vilorathic Mountain range. While she tried to feel some kind of sorrow for what happened to them, she couldn't.
She thought that had got what they deserved for allowing such interlopers into their territory. To have been so blind to the possibility for something bad that could happen to the clan, she couldn't bring herself to feel sorrow for the loss of her Mother. So she rules her clan with steel talons, the various flocks of Harpies that began to follow her and seek acceptance in her fledgling family, were more than happy to throw away pieces of their freedom for the safety of her wings.
When the Goblins of the Skullbrood Clan had came to her to demand she leave their territory, she unleashed a fury that buried itself deep into the minds of those small green prey. She had claimed that section of the Ancient Forest, and she would be damned by the Great Raven if she were going to allow the to take it from her. However, as history repeats itself in the most ironic ways, she too was complacent with her ability. Too sure she would win without effort, she lost hundreds of her flock as the goblins smote her clan for her arrogance.
She was eventually forced to make a truce with them as the Goblin Chief Yorm had bester her. She still hates them, though she has a healthy fear of them as they reminded her of her Mother's folly.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
As the Brood Mother of the Harpy clan, she only wants to protect her Family. Even though numerous other clans of join their blood with hers, she views all members of the clan as her own. She offered an olive branch of peace to Yorm, Chief of the Skullbrood Clan nearly a decade ago as a matter of survival between her clan and the Goblins. She only wants to keep ther family alive.
As Sh'ril has gained the friendship of Ilgor of the Skullbrood Clan, she has noticed his ambitions far more. After the skirmish between the Goblins and the City of Glaion, Azu: The Raven appeared in her dreams. Telling her that her son Sh'ril would be the one to slay her, Azu told Cree'ari not to fight this fate. That she would be rewarded with her clan rising to unknown heights in skies not seen in eons. Azu told the Brood Mother to focus her attention on her son, to teach him everything she knew. Everything about the secrets of the clan, and force him to make an alliance with the Goblins in the end. Azu wanted Sh'ril to learn to deepen his connection with them, and to learn trust in others through her.
