The Thelvaran Mirror
The Thelvaran Mirror is a major feature of the Thelvara Dynasty. A lake centered in the middle of the kingdom, it functions as a life sustaining source of fresh water and has been vital for the thriving of the dynasty. It stretches from the Emerald Peak, home to the The Emerald Wardens in the north, where the Veilshade Wilds encompasses its shores, all the way to the capital of The Jade Consecrate in the south. It serves as a natural barrier against the invasive power of the Blooming West, as the waters halts the chaotic growth of Faelion. Instead, the western banks have become an untamed and dangerous marsh, where only the most foolish dare to navigate. There are also a number of islands in the lake, where only one of them is claimed by something beyond the numerous swans native to the lake. Swans' Rest, the ancestral seat of the dynasty and resort of the emperor, lies as a magnificent symbol near the southern shores. It testifies about the architectural prowess of the dynasty, along with the elven sense of art and beauty.
