Lord Calder Trevelyan

Calder Trevelyan was the ruling head of the noble House Trevelyan from 1460 DR, until his murder in 1494 DR by House Trevelyan's closest rival; House Wulff.
Calder is remembered by most as a harsh man, whose strictures on the unlicensed use of magic won him few allies at court in Neverwinter. Despite his heavy-handed approach against unlicensed magicians the lord-to-be of House Trevelyan was not generally considered to be unjust, however, in the years following his ascent to lordship and the loss of his wife, Laetitia, in childbirth, perception of the head of House Trevelyan began to shift. It would not be until at least ten years hence that Calder would return to Harrowgate city a broken man, whose bitterness was rivaled only by his willingness to see men hang.
