The Realm of Stetile
Structure
Perra is the true paragon of Stetile, for she is their leader as chosen by the chamber of honor. While she makes the biggest decisions and leads the state, the chamber handles the lesser tasks such as the management of specific areas or cities or even specific aspects of life such as crime or monster hunting, which is something very important Stetile. Each knight is allowed a great deal of autonomy on whatever area it is in charge of or is handling, or area it is specialized in. There are governors and other such positions within the realm, but the Order has such a strong hold of state that they act as its primary leader.
Public Agenda
Stetile being the so called homeland of the heroic knights, despite the horrors of the war of wyverns and the silence, has not stopped it from continuing its promises of being a bastion of hope for the common people and to keep them safe from the dangers of the wild creatures. On top of this, there are rumors of that the Upholders want to begin expanding outwards to feed and take care of their growing population.
Assets
The Realm of Stetile's greatest asset is its great and famous order of knights, perhaps the greatest military order in all of the land, its knights being some of the most skilled and tough warriors that can be found. Along with their huge amount of metal mines within its borders, and having skilled blacksmiths, and their famous steel trees, they are easily able to create their own powerful weapons and durable armor that is known throughout the whole continent.
Demography and Population
Despite what one would think of a such a dark and dreary place, which despite this can still be warm during winters especially in comparison to the northern peaks and the pillars, there are a relatively large diversity of people that reside within Stetile, with two of the most common reason for immigrants being that of finding opportunity in a safe place, or wanting to find opportunity in the Order who accepts all who wish to join. The large majority is metallic at 70%, with the next rest of the 30% being a mix of daerlman, urkur, stonemen, dalvarians, and some others even from the far south.
Military
Despite its military not being the largest in term of pure numbers, Stetile makes up for this in its pure quality of its troops, with most if not all being from the Order or been trained by it. As such, a lot of its army is made up of elite heavily armed infantry that is nearly impossible to break through, which in turn makes defensive battles against them damn near impossible to win. On top of this, each soldiers' ability to work together as a unit, through the intense drilling of tactics and of working together, makes any number of them dangerous.
Religion
The people of Stetile revere the metallic dragons very deeply, as they are a very religious society and people, with each dragon to them representing a different aspect of what it means to be a true draken, and how they guide them to be better people, but also understand the flaws of the dragons as well. The Order has different schools within it as well that each pertain to a specific dragon, training under its ideals and as such are distinct in their teachings and practices
Agriculture & Industry
The land of Stetile is hard and rugged, yet it is a land of a lot of natural resources, especially that of metals used for tools and other things, along with gold to the west that provides the state with a great deal of income from it. It does however have difficulties with the growing of food due to weak soil, which is something that has been a big problem for the state as its population continues to grow. On top of this, it does have extensive mine and smithing networks to create its metalwork.
