Teacup Peppermint Dragon

As the veritable mouthful of a name suggests, these dragons are smaller than the size of teacups. While they would normally be seen enjoying a nice bath in their teacup homes, this variation was first seen inhabiting a mug of hot cocoa.   They were first encountered by the Spiritual Travelers on Nurend 05, 308 during the events involving The Spirit of Christmas.   Agave was the first to see the creatures, though Namina was the first to deal with their breath attack which nearly put her to sleep. Kaswink refused to drink their chocolatey homes due to an upset stomach and spent her time preventing them from being drank, and DAN Wildcloak managed to give one enough scritches to gain it as a companion.   The area that they were encountered in was a rather bizarre outdoor cafe with no seats and just a collection of waist-high, round, wooden tables with a single mug of hot cocoa on each. Kaswink discovered a nearby bar had a pitcher full of the hot cocoa and that behind the bar were further pitchers of hot cocoa of varying sweetness, darkness and other properties.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Hot Cocoa Mug Teacup Peppermint Dragons are the size of teacups and usually spend their time in said cannisters, however, The Spirit of Christmas seems to have modified their bitter homes to be mugs of Hot Cocoa.   They have long, serpentine bodies with relatively small wings attached to about a third of the way down from their heads, and slightly smaller wings a third of the way up from the tips of their tails. Their colors are similar in appearance to peppermint candies with red lines branching and spiraling out from the center of their otherwise white bodies.   In addition to their wings they also have four legs, like most dragons, with claws at the end of each. The nails of these claws are all a dark red color.   Their heads and horns are similar to a markhor's.
After the Spirit of Christmas was freed and allowed to continue traveling The Gates, this dragon still existed in DAN's coat though it now had a teacup full of a soothing mint tea.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Teacup Dragons of all varieties spend most of their lives in their teacup homes. This seems to be a symbiotic relationship where the dragon is kept warm by the tea and keeps the tea warm... a baffling coexistence.   Whether or not they drink the tea or, in this case, hot cocoa is unknown. DAN will need to discover their diet since they seem to have taken one on as a tiny dragon child.
