Logren's Gift

Logren's Gift is an item given to the Spiritual Travelers by Logren, The Mantis Knight while they were escaping Thera Relovut.   The gift was described as a small cylindrical shaped parcel wrapped in butcher paper and tied at the top with twine. It has a small card attached with a note from Logren as well.   "I don’t know what this is…well, that’s not true, I know what it is I Just don’t know why you had something like it in a jar. It was with your things when you were arrested. The rest of the court wanted to keep it and learn more about it, but it’s yours now.. I think these things are important to the mothlings…be careful where you open it, don’t go showing this jar around to just anyone.”   Namina was the first to open the card and the parcel. After reading the card she was worried about opening the gift too much and so only peaked inside while it was dark and raining in the early morning. She discovered that it contained the outline of an unmoving moth which she suspected to be Tympi after considering what Frode had seen while the rest of the group was blinded. If this jar and the one that Ilven had are one and the same, then this moth is likely to be either Tympi or a moth that greatly resembles her.
This gift was opened on Nurend 17, 308 late at night while the Spiritual Travelers were in a suite at the top of the Casino in Dorchar. Namina began unwrapping the butcher paper at which point everyone was able to see a slight discoloration caused by a very dim purple light. A small voice called out to the group of adventurers saying "Oh, Finally!" before it was cut off by the familiar voice of the Page of Swords outside.   With everyone again settled, Namina attempted to open the gift once more, and the group was able to see a jar with some slightly tinted glass and a bit of purple light inside. As the jar was about to be opened, another voice interrupted them though this one was unfamiliar to anyone involved.   While the unusual events involving Blüdswurth were transpiring, Namina snuck into the bathroom to continue opening the jar in private. She was able to see that there was a purple Comet Moth inside despite not being able to see this creature through the clear though slightly tinted glass. A flash of light blinded Namina, and she was temporarily blinded. She began to hear a horrible high pitched ringing similair to tinitus along with the rapid flapping of wings which began to slow down and eventually stop along with the high pitched ringing almost in tandem with her vision being fully recovered.   She was able to see again, and the first thing her eyes were immediately drawn to was the medium-sized, 6 foot tall Mothling floating just off the ground in front of her. Her wings, skin, the fur around her neck and abdomen, eyes, all matched the moth she saw in the jar though much larger and ...attached to a fairy. She was wearing a dress made of intricately woven together green leaves of any tree Namina had ever seen in this forest with the most prominent and featured being those of Mothlight Trees.   Tympi, The Lost Magician, had been found.
