From the company's home planet on Sienna, Baron Pospero runs his company with a firm hand, ensuring that at all times, its vaults stay full and its reputation remains clean.

Personal history
Leonato Pospero was born into wealth on the planet Sienna. The planet, the corporate headquarters of Akadi Corporation, is primarily owned by his family. Leonato was the oldest of three siblings, all brothers.
At a young age, Leonato was tested for mystical ability. To everyone's surprise, he tested high. After a couple years of basic tutoring in using his mystical abilities, Pospero chose to join the Shepherd Order. After several years of intense training, he ignited the energies of his chosen psychic spirit-blade and became a Brevet Shepherd. Pospero headed to the Mid and Outer Rim, expecting that he could do the most good there. Within a short time, he proved himself and was made a full Shepherd. It was widely expected that he would rise to become a Master Shepherd in short order. Rumors even floated his name as a potential candidate for the position of Sitting Master of the Hesperides Temple.
However, the death of his father, and the entreaties of his younger brothers to return to the family business, lured him home to Sienna. After speaking at length with his family, he determined that his first duty was to his family and their family business, Akadi Corp. He relinquished his spirit-blade and formally resigned from the Shepherd Order.
Since taking the reins of the family business, he has thrown himself into the work, pushing Akadi Corp into the top tier of galactic corporations in the Empire. He never misses the courtly ceremonies on Hesperides and has cultivated several allies amongst the wealthy and powerful. Chief among these appears to be Elector Prince Cosimo Anafesto, leader of the Helios League.
