Lycoire Haw (LYE-kwahr HAW)

Lycoire is a Priik-ranked member of the Qalir of the Ustrarian Itoqir. He reports to Eba-Qalir Phidene Eburos.
He is known for his clumsiness and for being easily distracted, but also his earnestness. He has only been recently promoted due to the attrition levels post-war.
Unfortunately his valsar, Blacktongue, was killed in the shadow-work attack on the Korzhun Barracks stables on the night of the 29th Day of the Season of Opening, 1001AC.
