Korzhûn Stewardship
The democratic governing body of Korzhûn and by association, Ustraria. It operates out of Embermore Keep and consists of ten representatives known as Primes; they typically wear emerald green during civic duties/calls. If needed they work hand-in-hand with the Itoqir, but the Ustrarian City Guard act as their main enforcers.
Due to the havoc wrought by the Plague of the Bitter Hand and the War of the Six, there are currently only seven Primes:
