Resting atop the very mouth of the world's largest mineshaft, Rio Seco is a marvel of engineering which sustains itself in the middle of the Scarlet Wastes.

A ruling council of craftsmen and merchants. Any businessperson holding an official business license issued by the city of Reyo Seco holds a seat on this council.

Alchemically reinforced stone and lead walls designed to absorb cannon shot and explosive shells; 35 large boar mechanized chain-fed 2 inch guns capable of firing upwards of 150 rounds per minute; 16 4 inch "Manticore" air-burst mortars; a standing force of 500 elite infantry riflemen known as the "Roughnecks" equip with the newest firearms the city's master gunsmiths have to offer.

Reyo Seco is known the world over for producing the greatest clockworks, steamworks, alchemical items, and firearms ever seen. Boasting deep veins of copper, tin, nickel, and iron directly under the city center, Reyo Seco is self-sufficient when it comes to raw materials which gives the city a strong upper hand when negotiating prices for finished goods.
